Continuous optimisation

Know what to improve next, why it matters and whether it worked.

Zaagan Intelligence combines available search, technical, behavioural and commercial evidence into a prioritised improvement system—with expert review before any recommendation reaches you.

Discuss ongoing optimisation

Usually recommended after an initial Assessment has established priorities and measurement coverage.

Not another dashboard

A system for making and evaluating better decisions.

The platform supports the service; it does not replace judgement. Its job is to connect observations to recommendations, changes and measured results so the next decision benefits from the last one.

Zaagan's continuous optimisation cycle
  1. 1Observe: Bring together search, site, behaviour and available commercial signals.
  2. 2Diagnose: Find the constraint or opportunity with the strongest commercial case.
  3. 3Recommend: Define the evidence, mechanism, effort, confidence and measurement plan.
  4. 4Approve: Apply expert human review before advice or implementation moves forward.
  5. 5Implement: Your team makes the change, or Zaagan delivers it through a managed service.
  6. 6Measure: Evaluate the outcome honestly over a commercially appropriate window.
  7. 7Learn: Record what worked and use it to improve the next decision.

Measurement without false precision

The evidence gets better over time. The caveats stay visible.

Success is considered in a hierarchy: revenue, opportunities, qualified leads, conversions, engaged journeys, traffic and visibility. Zaagan reports what is observed, what is associated and what can reasonably be attributed.

The system adapts to the client’s data maturity. CRM or ecommerce integration can deepen the evidence, but neither is a prerequisite for useful work.
