Privacy Notice

Last updated: 13 July 2026

Draft — requires professional review. This notice is a structural template and must be reviewed and approved by a qualified legal adviser before the site launches.

1. Who we are

Zaagan (“Zaagan”, “we”, “us”) is the controller of personal information collected through this website. Registered company details will be published here once incorporation is complete.

2. How to contact us

A dedicated privacy contact email address will be published here before launch. In the meantime, enquiries can be sent through the contact form.

3. Information we collect

When you submit the contact form we collect the information you provide: your name, work email address, company name and message, plus any optional details you choose to share (role, company website, start timeframe, project context or budget range, and telephone number). We also record the time of submission and the page the form was sent from.

The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process technical information (such as your IP address and browser characteristics) to distinguish people from automated traffic. See Cloudflare's own privacy documentation for details.

4. Purpose and lawful basis

We use contact-form information to respond to your enquiry and to discuss potential engagements. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and, where relevant, taking steps prior to entering into a contract with you.

5. Service providers

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Contact-form notifications are delivered through an email delivery provider (initially Resend). These providers process data on our behalf under their respective data-processing terms.

6. Data retention

Enquiry emails are retained for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting business relationship, after which they are deleted. Specific retention periods will be confirmed before launch.

7. International transfers

Our service providers may process data outside the UK/EEA (for example in the United States). Where they do, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, to object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details above.

9. Analytics

If enabled, this site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics service that does not use cookies or track individuals across sites. No advertising or session-recording trackers are used.

10. Security

The site is served over HTTPS with security headers configured. Contact submissions are validated and transmitted to our email provider over encrypted connections. No personal information is stored in this website's own infrastructure.

11. Complaints

If you are unhappy with how your information has been handled, please contact us first. You also have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority — in Romania, the ANSPDCP; in the UK, the ICO.
